Beth decided to test her own winemaking capabilities in 2005, when she began making her own wine under the Adi label. This first vintage of Adi was produced shortly after her grandmother Adams passed, so she named it Adi in honor of her.
TASTING NOTES: Bright cranberry and strawberry meld with sweet notes in this fresh Rose of
Syrah. Showing touches of berry fruit and ruby red grapefruit on the forefront of the palate, the
entry is dry and crisp. Those fresh berry and citrus aromas are once again enjoyed as the mid-palate
abounds with bright berry fruit flavors. This wine has a light, bright, crisp structure, shows energy
and freshness throughout the palate and the lovely perfumed finish.
WINEMAKING NOTES: Syrah grapes were hand harvested then lightly pressed. This wine
was fermented super cold in a Stainless Steal tank to preserve brightness then aged for four
months, cold stabilized and bottled bone dry!
